Return and Exchange Policy

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade boots and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help—while honoring the integrity of our limited inventory.

 

Try-On Recommendation

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend trying on your boots as soon as they arrive. This gives you ample time to assess the fit and initiate an exchange if needed within our policy window.

 

Returns 

  • Eligibility: We accept returns of unworn, unused boots in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Boots must show no signs of wear, including creasing, scuffing, or sole marks. The dust bag must be included.
  • Refunds: Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges 

  • One-Time Exchange: If you prefer a different size or style, we offer one complimentary exchange per order.
  • Conditions Apply: The same unworn condition and original packaging requirements apply.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us at hello@willowboots.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once we receive your return. 

 

Final Sale & Exceptions

  • Items marked Final Sale or customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased in-person at events (pop-ups, trunk shows, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
